Jennifer Lopez announced she will be taking up residency on the Las Vegas strip beginning January 2016.
The residency was announced on American Idol in which a commercial for the headliner series aired right after.
JLO will be headlining at Planet Hollywood at the AXIS Theater with shows in January, February, May and June. The first series of shows runs Jan. 20-Feb. 9, and a second in May 22-June 12.
Tickets go on sale May 16 at 10 am and will range from $59-$219.
JLO joins Britney Spears, Mariah Carey, Madonna and Celine Dion on the list of Divas in Vegas. I imagine her show will be high-energy pop/hip-hop music, which makes for a perfect spot in Vegas.
